6 years agoWe had their mowing service for 2 years. It went well until about 2-3 months ago. I think Russell has a new partner because the name changed to R&D Construction and Landscaping. I inquired about a couple of missed mowings, which can happen at end of season if mowing is not needed. Didn't return calls last 2-3 months. I don't have a final bill so if I am billed for these I may update this review. They did good work and I am happy to pay for mowings actually done. Russell used to come with his workers until recently, which is when the problems occured. I don't know why the sudden change in service, but they quit when I asked about the missed mowings, 3 in the past 2 months. The work was good, but communication was bad in the end. -

7 years agoThese guys were great. I am so grateful to them for hauling away lots of unneeded junk math ey were cheerful, helpful and super hard working. Honestly, hire them as they do the job perfectly. I was very pleased. -

9 years ago$4,300 We worked with Russell from beginning to end even though he had one of his crews do the actual work in our yard. Russell was AWESOME. His friendliness, honesty, punctuality, competitive quote (less than the other quote we'd received), and willingness to do whatever it took to make us happy with the retaining wall were all incredibly appreciated because this was an unexpected expense for us. Our wonderful neighbor agreed to pay for half of the job since the wall divides our properties, and Russell was willing to do two separate transactions after the job was done: half for us and half for our neighbor. Our neighbor wanted to use any intact railroad ties in his yard, so Russell's crew kindly set aside any reusable ones and hauled away the others. Even though the job took longer to do than anticipated and required quite a bit more pavers than quoted, Russell assured us in the beginning that anything above the quote would be covered by the company. He guarantees his quote no matter what, and he made good on that promise. Also, he guarantees his work no matter what, so if something were to happen with this wall, he would return and address it free of charge. If we ever need any further landscaping done in our yard, there is no question we will call Russell again. We couldn't be happier with the process and end result! -

I also buy the landscaping materials used in the projects through him and have been happy with the materials and prices. -
