His professionalism, honesty and expertise were second to none and I most appreciated the fact that he came quickly to address my issue and was able repair my very aged garage door opener so simply, not attempting to sell me anything which I did not need. He addressed all of my concerns with reassurance and he didn't mind that I had many! Victor went above and beyond to ensure my safety- testing the whole system before leaving.
