2 months agoI had my kitchen pipe break. It was a terrible mess. But Palmer came from Paul Davis. He was so kind. He was able to put worries aside and let them just get to work. Paul Davis was careful to inform me of every step they were taking... Especially in picking the replacement flooring. There was no pressure put on me. Also they were very prompt to respond to my calls regarding questions I had. They texted me each time a contractor was coming. I felt valued and respected always during this long process. I cannot say enough about every worker who came. I am grateful that it was Paul Davis Restoration that walked in my door that day! Thank you so much. -

2 months agoWe had a flood in our basement at work, and Paul Davis was incredible through a long and stressful process. Initially, there was a significant amount of standing water, which prevented the plumbers from doing any work. Dustin, the project manager, stepped in right away and had equipment brought in to remove the standing water so the space was workable. Because of that, we were able to get the water turned back on and re-open for business, which was huge for us. Once the necessary re-piping work was completed (which took at least a month), Dustin stayed in close communication and promptly scheduled his crew to finish the cleanup. What was expected to take three days was completed in just two. There was a small hiccup with a lock being left on our gate and a hose being left outside, but they went above and beyond afterward by cleaning more than they were required to, just to make sure we were happy. I have never seen our basement look so clean. While I hope we never need restoration services again, I would absolutely work with Paul Davis again. They made a very stressful situation manageable and kept our business running. -

They worked with me explained the process, and answered all of my many questions. Made me feel at ease with the whole reconstruction process. I would hate to have to go through a flood again.
