When my mini split remote broke, he asked questions to understand the problem before suggesting any solutions. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and focused on fixing the issue. No messy lines or shortcuts. The indoor and outdoor units both look solid and professionally installed. On top of that, his price was very good compared to the other quotes I got.
