My business needed to use an electrician for some jewelry cases. I called on 10/22/2020 to make an appointment. Got an appointment scheduled for Tuesday the 27th. They said they would call Monday to confirm a time and then call 30 min before they show up Tuesday. I got a call on the 27th, letting me know they needed to re schedule because they had families without heat (Totally understandable!). We re scheduled for Nov. 3rd. Nov 3 came and went by without a them showing up for even a phone call. I call the 4th and they said that Tammy had TEXTED us to reschedule...umm... what?! The phone number I gave them is a business phone and very unprofessional to text your customers to reschedule. I gave the benefit of the doubt and set up another appointment for Nov. 9th. Today is Nov 9th. I was supposed to get a call in the morning to confirm a time. I still had not received a call as of 1 pm. I call to ask about my appointment, Jasmine tells me that they wont be able to come out! (When were we going to be told?!?!?!). I tell them I need a manager to call me and need to just cancel the appointment. She put me on hold to "see if a manager was in". The manager was not in. Now we have jewelry cases that need to be fixed and wont be fixed for our cooperate visit. I will be calling until a manager calls me back!

ZERO STARS! I called to ask what the charge would be to replace and/or repair 3 outlets. She (the receptionist who answered) said "what is that?" I reply back with, "you don't know what an outlet is?" She said "no." I was so astonished that a receptionist AT AN ELECTRICAL COMPANY, has no idea what an outlet is! First and last call to this company EVER!
