4 months agoAfter getting a pet stain cleaned by two other services, my apartment forwarded me to this service. I stressed that the carpet needs to be partially replaced because the smell and quality of the carpet was only worsening with each cleaning. They did everything but replace the carpet. I was strapped with a $300 bill, services not rendered to my satisfaction, and left with a sizable gap between the carpet and the wall Nice enough employee but having a third company refuse to listen to what should have been done is a financial nuisance. Now I have to figure out how to replace carpet on my own. -

11 months agoSo these are the excuses for professionals Palermo at Lakeland uses as part of their move out inspections. (Don't worry, they got aired out already).They are blatant liars. Our cat never once peed outside the litterbox but they decided the carpet needs replacement dud to excessive pet urine in TWO bedrooms. Guess what? One of those bedrooms the cat WAS NOT ALLOWED IN. Did WE pee on the carpet? Or did YOU pee on the carpet? Pathetic and ethics free. Business must be hurting and they get jobs however they can. Avoid Palermo at Lakeland and Mace Liar Services at all costs. You guys are probably used to people confronting the apartments....but you're the problem. -
