They did an amazing job trimming our large maple tree professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. Sean was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered exactly what he promised. The crew worked safely, respected our property, and the final result looks beautiful, the tree still feels natural and healthy, just lighter and safer. It's rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely trustworthy. Sean is a man of his word, and we couldn't be happier with the work. 3 months agoWe recently had the crew out to remove a total of 6 trees - 4 Alders and 2 very large Douglas Firs - all with exposure risk to structures. I can say with confidence that Trent, Isaac, Clint and crew are at the top of their game - they work efficiently, safely, communicate any changes or challenges and delivered. Of note, Marcella in the office is very responsive and Shawn was extremely thorough when initially bidding the scope of work. Their operation is great - we'll be using them for all of our future tree removal projects in the future. -

6 months agoI highly recommend Snohomish Tree Company for its professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to customer service. I am a tenant in a Snohomish rental house adjacent (only 10 feet away) to 8 very tall Doug Firs on one side and 8 on the other. Limbs are starting to drop, and I can see several that are dangling. My landlord is ignoring my requests to deal with this, so I called Marcella, office manager at STC, and she got Brent, the owner, out to check. I was impressed by how quickly he was able to get here (two days, not two weeks or two months). Using high tech, Brent documented his impressions of my dangerous situation, took video evidence, and sent me a report I could submit to authorities. They do it all: healing, thinning groves, trimming, even full removal. Give them a call. -

Isaac, Seth and Morgan came out on a Friday afternoon and completed the job the same day. They were professional, on time and very thorough. Cleanup of my yard and driveway was more than I was expecting. I will definitely work with them again for any tree services needs. Thank you again! Art -
