4 weeks agoI cannot say enough good things about Vogel's Carpet & Flooring. I have used them twice now and both times the result was an excellent experience and outcome. Also, their installation team led by Omar, is fabulous! Experienced, friendly and obviously proud of the work they do. Most recently, I had Vogel's install engineered hardwood flooring throughout my house. Not a cheap project! After the flooring was in, it was clear that there were significant quality issues - with the product, not the installation. It was not Vogel's fault but when I called they jumped into action. Within 24 hours they had their team plus the supplier of the product at my home. Everyone agreed that the quality was substandard and Vogel's replaced the entire floor at no cost to me. The owner of the company called me to personally. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me a customer for life. I love my new hardwood flooring! It's absolutely gorgeous and exceeds my expectation. -
