My husband heard a loud banging sound right before it happened and suspected a broken spring. We contacted Adam, the owner, and he got back to us in a timely manner. He and his team diagnosed the repair the next day and gave us transparent pros and cons on how to proceed. We decided to replace the spring with a different brand, and an associate was able to replace the broken spring in less than 2 hours at our most convenient day and time.
