1 month agoWe had Grant from Instant Garage Door Repair (IGD) located in Renton, WA come out today to do some maintenance on two of our three garage doors that get used frequently. As in the past, Grant did a wonderful job explaining and showing me what he was doing. Their work is excellent and their charges are more reasonably priced compared to others I have had done work in the past, so I always recommend IGD to my friends and family now. -

2 months agoI would give them a 1 star rating. I called 5 times to discuss problems, no response. Their first bid was $1,600. I said no. They left the old opener in the back yard. Did north install a key pad. An existing one would not work. Look at the dates of their 5 star reviews. Call anybody except this company. -

2 months ago100% recommend IGD. From my initial call to the office, to working with the technician, Sheffi, IGD treats its customers with care. A spring broke on our garage door and Sheffi did a fantastic job with replacing it and pointing out some other areas of possible concerns. We have a really old garage opener motor and he went the extra mile of adjusting some gaps where the garage door didn't quite meet the garage floor. -

2 months agoHad a strange job, I started DIY on a brand they don't install. I was about 70% done and I couldn't finish. They came out and gave me a fair price to complete the install and got it done and wired up in a few hours. The did a good job and it works great.
