1 month agoWhen Joseph came by to give me a quote, he was very respectful and cordial. He was friendly and did not try to pressure me into using his company (there were other companies that said they would do it cheaper for cash or that they only offered the price for one day to force you to ). Joseph was very responsive to text messages. The following week, the technician Pedro came and replaced the garage door within 2 hours. Pedro himself was very nice and respectful. I am satisfied with the work done and had a good experience with both Joseph and Pedro. One small issue is that when I handed the check to a random employee, I didn't get any acknowledgment or receipt until I contacted Joseph. But overall better experience than other garage companies I had dealt with. -
