14 years ago. Yes, I recommend this pro. Recently discovered several fleas on my dog indicating I'm told that there could be an army of the critters in the rugs throughout the house. Consequently hired service to rid the house of fleas which required a fine spray on all rugs throughout the house; unfortunately after several weeks I came to the conclusion that we had a sensitivity to that flea spray product also, the house had a distinct odor. Decided to clean all carpets to rid the house of the flea spray; Matt at Good-as-new, Inc. was recommended to me by a friend that owns a property management firm; she has routinely engaged Matt's company for the properties they manage. Contacted Matt, informed him of my dilemma; I was so pleased he could come the following day and work his magic. Arrived on time, all the carpets, both wall-to-wall and area rugs look and smell great! Matt was prepared to clean the wool rugs also. Nice guy, did what we agreed, on time and for a reasonable price. I'd sure recommend Matt's service without reservation.
