They were very careful to avoid any dampness to my hardwood floors . Eddie knows the content of all the rug fibres so he guided us on which wool rugs needed to be dry cleaned . I would rate them 10+ for their commitment to excellence . We will always use them for future needs . Eddie removed a huge roll from my bedroom carpet . Prices are fair & not above industry standards . -
