3 years agoWe are extremely pleased with the complete bathroom remodel completed by Atlantic Tike & Granite in less than five weeks. After getting five estimates from different companies, we chose AT&G because of the way the estimate was organized and detailed by Max, our project manager. He was able to listen to what we had in mind and shape our ideas into an easy to read plan of action. As a project manager, Max communicated with us daily to let us know which workers were coming in when. We knew exactly what they would be doing and what was expected from us. Everyone who entered our house treated it with respect. Max was here almost every day to talk with and give direction to the workers, assist in removing construction waste, and bringing up material, supplies and tools. Max routinely contacted us during the day while workers were here to gauge progress, discuss any problems and what might be happening next day. The end result is even more beautiful than we imagined. There were no surprises in the final billing. We would highly recommend a AT&G to anyone thinking about a remodel. -

4 years agoWhile I'm ok with the overall install it certainly isn't what I expected for the cost. As others have pointed out the installer made several mistakes and I find some tiles are poking out, not even, chipped, along with uneven gaps between tiles where he cut too short in some areas and not enough in others. Some tiles have no gaps between them with others have 1/16th inch gaps. There was no upfront consultation on what we wanted or expected, neither on the phone or after the installer arrived. The installer came in and just started putting up thinset without asking any questions on design. I had to halt his work to go over our expectations and what pattern we wanted to lay down. Then the installer took all our left over tile and an unopened 5 lb bag of thinset that we purchased through a tile company. This is not what I expected from an expensive pro company. For the high cost and mediocre work I got from them I would go with a different installer. Pros: showed up on time. Polite. Took care to clean up the work area. -

5 years agoTWO beautiful bathrooms were created. They discovered a leak from the toilet in the Guest Bathroom that had been damaging the floor, but not yet our structure. We remodeled both bathrooms. Great service, exceptional tile work, painters, etc.

FAQ
How does Atlantic Tile & Granite determine pricing for kitchen or bathroom remodels?
We base pricing on material type, thickness, edge details, and project complexity, such as custom granite, quartz, or marble countertops and tile installations. Free estimates are available after laser measurements to ensure accuracy for your specific needs. This approach helps homeowners understand costs upfront for full remodels including demolition and electrical upgrades.
Are you licensed and insured?
Atlantic Tile & Granite is licensed, insured, and bonded, with license number ATLANT946PR. Our team follows all state regulations for safe handling of demolition, electrical wiring, and installations like subway tile floors or Caesarstone surfaces. Homeowners can verify our credentials through the Washington Department of Labor & Industries for added peace of mind.
Does Atlantic Tile & Granite handle complete kitchen remodels with quartz countertops and tile backsplashes?
We manage full kitchen remodels, including custom quartz countertops, marble-look surfaces, white subway tile backsplashes, and installations like pot fillers over wood cabinets. Our services also cover related tasks such as demolition and electrical wiring upgrades. This comprehensive scope ensures seamless transformations from concept to completion.
What is the typical timeline for your remodel projects?
Atlantic Tile & Granite completes full bathroom remodels in less than five weeks, depending on project size and scope like shower walls or countertop installs. We provide clear scheduling with arrival windows and communicate any adjustments promptly. Factors like material fabrication and demolition influence the exact duration, but we prioritize efficiency.
How does Atlantic Tile & Granite handle cleanup and debris removal?
We keep the house neat and clean throughout demolition and installation, removing all waste like old tiles, countertops, and underlayment at the end of each day. Our crew uses precise methods to avoid damage to cabinets or walls during the process. This leaves your home ready for immediate use after project completion.
Why is hiring you safer and better than doing a tile or countertop project as DIY?
We use laser measurements for precise fits on granite, quartz, or marble countertops and tile work, preventing issues like uneven tiles or leaks that DIY often causes. Our licensed team handles electrical upgrades and demolition safely, spotting problems like hidden toilet leaks before they damage structures. Professional tools and 18 years of experience ensure durable results without the risks of personal injury or costly mistakes.
