3 weeks agoWe purchased our generator from WA Generators over eight years ago and have never regretted it. Although it has to kick on infrequently, when it does we are ever so grateful. The seamlessness with which it comes on when the power goes out is fantastic. After the initial five year warranty, which included annual service, we opted to extend the service contract an additional three year because the annual service is very thorough, professionally done and helps insure the generator is functioning properly. The service included maintenance items such as oil changes, filter cleaning or changing, etc. thus insuring the generators longevity.. We just re-upped for another three years of service. -

1 month agoWashington Generator has been absolutely fantastic from the initial visit and assessment, working with PSE on verifying gas line requirements, to the installation and subsequent turnover. My neighbor just had an install and recommended Mitch and WG. After being told my gas line with need to be upgraded by another firm (sent from Costco) to the cost of $14K I was a little leary. it was like they did not want the business. Mitch from WG came out and assessed my requirements, identified my current BTUs, called PSE with me and in the end my gas line was fine and I just needed to upgrade the meter for less than $400. I got an automatic transfer whole house generator. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable as an electrician and on the generator. The install went very smooth, completed in early January 2026. I could not be more pleased with the end state. I also signed up for the 3 year maintenance So glad I went with WG for this effort.
