  If you are looking for a pest control place DON"T use this service !!! they tell you that you can cancel anytime that you want, but when you call to cancel, they tell you they are not authorized to close an account.... they say it has to be a "certain" one of only 2 people in the world who apparently can cancel your account.... and guess what.... they are so busy cancelling accounts that they can not cancel YOUR account, because they apparently have hundreds of other people cancelling their accounts ahead of your cancellation ...... worst business I ever have done business with !!

  United Pest Solutions just completed a program to eliminate rats and mice from our house. They did an excellent job, and I'd highly recommend them. For a one-time charge, they did rodent exclusion work on our house and then eliminated them. They kept coming back until the problem was completely gone! All for one price, which I thought was more than reasonable for the amount of work they did.

  I would not use this company at all. We set up an exclusion and maintenance plan for a mouse problem, paid about $2,500, and have done almost all the work ourselves. They set up a few traps in the attic (did not even enter the attic fully, only set them from the ladder), and some bait boxes outside. Four minor spots outside the house were excluded. We expressed concerns that there was a bigger problem but were told there was not. We've had to do work with opening our walls in the basement (a separate issue) and were told that there would be no problems doing that, that there was not a mouse infestation and that there would be no mice coming into the house (by our pest control agent). However, they did get in. There is a huge nest behind the fireplace, inside the chimney in the basement. We have found and killed 4 mice so far ourselves, as well as done extensive exclusion in the basement. When we found a new area of mice today, we called (their website promises 12/7 same day service), and we cannot get anyone to call back or schedule us. We were told we would be seen next week (our agreement is for weekly visits until this is solved), so this will be the second week our regular visit has been skipped. We cannot get in touch with any supervisors, either. I would highly recommend using another company.

  Turned out to be such a waste of money. It's an expensive service so I expect more than a 3 minute stop by a service technician every other month. Additionally, getting a hold of anyone on the phone is impossible these days. No one calls you back when you request it. Instead 2 days later you get an email claiming they couldn't get ahold of you or leave a message (cell shows no missed calls, voicemail is not full). I'm so disappointed I ever paid this company. Total rip off and want to make sure my neighbors don't get taken advantage of either. Best of luck to you with your pest problems! But this place is no solution.

  Was a Customer for over 13 years - I made error in recent May 2025 payment of 10 cents short - yes 10 cents. They sent my account to a collections agency. No notification until I received email from agency. I reported business to BBB for poor business practices & also filed complaint against collections agency with State of WA and Federal Agency based on required notification steps. No apology from United Pest - I even referred them to next door neighbor and will encourage them to cancel service. Avoid this business.
