4 months agoJohnny and Ryan of Everett Overhead Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing our 22 year old garage door recently 12/03/2025. The lead tech Johnny determined it was best to keep the existing side rails due to our lower header room for best operation. Johnny did some minor on-site fabrications to the existing rail systems to be sure all is smooth operation. All is smoother than ever now! Dean Jackson, Mountlake Terrace. -

7 months agoI'm writing this a few years after the fact. the quoting, install and over all product turned out great. everything was fine. the reason for the review is because of the customer service after the fact outside of the warrantee. I called the other day because the door had recently free fell about 5' after binding up on the track. not sure how but the door got out of alignment and started rubbing one of the roller brackets and it was enough to hold it in place long enough for it to unspool the cable then release and fall. all this is fine stuff happens. i call to schedule someone to come out and realign the door and possible adjust t so it wouldn't drag. the person who answered the phone couldn't tell mew the cost for a realign and tune up and said it could take all day, at 130/hr that seamed a bit high. all in all the product is good but if you ever need help call someone else. Got a tune up and realigned as well as some modification from the original install that were contributing to the issues for $89 from a very well known company that is nation wide. I'm surprised the bigger national guys were cheaper quicker and easier to deal with then a local company. it was also a free inspection to determine the issue before they suggested a reasonable tune up service. fix all the issues
