Our heat suddenly went out, and with a toddler at home, it was incredibly stressful and honestly scary not knowing how long we'd be without heat. 2 months agoI had Sound Comfort come out to diagnose my 21-year-old gas furnace after it started making some concerning noises. Mauro responded quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He provided a very fair quote for the repair. After discussing it with my wife, we decided it made more sense to invest that money toward upgrading to a heat pump instead. We ended up getting seven total quotes from different companies and had three sales representatives come to our home. None of them came close to Mauro's level of professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, or integrity throughout the process. We ultimately moved forward with a 4-ton Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and have been extremely happy with it so far. We're especially looking forward to having A/C this summer as well. Thank you, Sound Comfort - highly recommend!
