1 month agoConsummate professionals. I was told by two other service providers that my nonfunctional gas insert was too old and needed to be replaced. Chase answered the phone after one ring, got me scheduled. Completely transparent about costs. They kept me on the waitlist for an earlier appointment, resulting in getting help a week sooner than expected. Casey came out, carefully and cleanly disassembled everything, cleaned, serviced, replaced some batteries. The thing fired right up and I've never seen the flames burn so smoothly. These guys are the GOATs of gas fireplace service. Thank you -

1 year agoFor two years I was told by every place I called that they do not service Astria fire places until I contacted Precision Energy. Chase gave my fireplace a thorough service and corrected the problem. He also walked us through how our system worked and gave us some great advice on safety and running the fireplace. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. -

2 years agoChase from precision energy saved my fireplace. I was told by a different company that the fireplace was malfunctioning and the part it needed was longer longer in production. Will need to replace it with a new fireplace. However, after Chase's diagnosis, he was able to service and repair the fireplace within an hour, also replace the non- functioning thermo for us altogether. Great expertise and high quality work. Definitely recommend! -

2 years agoChase came highly recommended to me. He was very thorough and professional. He thoroughly inspected all the components, cleaned and serviced the fireplace. He also replaced the pilot light. A bit on the expensive side. I believe you get what you pay for. -

2 years agoI used this company in 2020 to service my gas fireplace because the switch was not turning the flame on consistently. He was in my house for 20 minutes and charged me over $500. I was not happy with the high charge and wrote a 3 star review. No more than a month later I tried turning on the fireplace to find that it still did not work. He tried to charge me $240 again to come back but we agreed that what I had initially paid for was not fixed so he needed to come back. He removed the switch, charged me an additional $60 and demanded that I change my review. I write this review now as I have just had a reputable company come out and reinstall the switch (shocked that Precision had done that) cleaned the fireplace, adjusted the pilot light and charged me a more normal $220. Consumer beware; service is questionable and reviews are negotiated.
