2 months agoA spring on one of my garage doors snapped at an inconvenient time and I called Rainier Garage the next day as I have worked with them in the past on my previous home. They helped me quickly schedule an appointment a couple days later. Marcus was the tech who they sent and who was my tech the previous time as well. He is super knowledgeable and very helpful and got my door spring replaced and lubricated all the hinges and other equipment so my door was in perfect working order within an hour. I would highly recommend Rainier for any work you have on your garage doors. -

3 months agoDestiny got us on the schedule same day and then Alan was on time (early actually), communicative about the issues , and diligent in ensuring everything was fully fixed in an almost 4 hour job. It wasn't cheap (although it was probably a fair price - I don't know how much these things cost) but it was thorough and everything seems to be working well, so it was worth it! -

3 months agoRainer did a great job. I took extended time trying to decide just exactly what I wanted on my house for all the right reasons. I wasn't interested in just replacement. My home like many in this area, the garage is prominent in the street appeal. Miguel and staff spent many visits with me before I finally decided on serious carriage door style 17 foot door and it looks awesome and provided added insulation. The install crew knew exactly what to do and did it and done. good job thanks lots from Mike
