6 months agoVery poor service and a waste of $360. Less than a month later and the same pests have returned. No willingness to come back and rectify the issue. I was told I have to pay another service fee. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. -

7 months agoStaff are polite and friendly, but that's about where the positives end. The company seems very disorganised. Quite a few small things over the course of trying to get sprayed for cockroaches really added up to a negative experience. Booked a standard cockroach spray which included outdoor areas & roof space. Was sent instructions for prep based on the premium service (ie empty all cupboards, move all furniture, etc). Had to call and clarify what was required for my service. Was advised I was sent the wrong info. When sending out the confirmation text, the address was incorrect. I replied with the correct address. In their reply to that, they said they had updated it, but was again the incorrect address. Finally got the correct one after I explained a second time. on the day of service, received a text saying it would have to be rescheduled, as the tech got caught up on another job. I had to reach out to Stewart's to rebook for the next day. the next day received a message from the tech saying he was 20 minutes away. Over an hour later, nobody had showed up. Called the office who had no idea what was going on. After being put on hold to find out, was advised that the tech again got caught up on another job and someone else was on the way. No communication from Stewart's unless initiated by me. finally a tech arrives to complete the service. Only sprayed outside and did not spray in the roof. Called the next day to clarify if he was supposed to go into the roof space and was told "it must have been missed." Now have to wait another 6 days to get the other half of what I paid for. Pretty poor form and feeling like the biggest waste of $360. Would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
