8 months agoWe lived in Sofi at Somerset for about a year until we purchased our own place. Pete and Haily had been very helpful. They are very professional, pleasant and accommodating to the needs of tenants. If there was anything needed to be fix at the apartment, they always responded right away. The technicians on site were courteous and professional too. I heard/experienced other apartments would charge extra high cleaning fees and try to raise the rent to an unreasonable amount when moving out or renewing contract. But nothing like that happened with Sofi at Somerset, which is another reason why I highly recommend this apartment. They even contacted me and hold my package (sent there by accident) two month after we moved out. I really appreciate all their help while we were there and after! -

10 months agoThe staff and maintenance are great but the owner is an investment company which will extract every dollar possible out of every tenant. For example, a parking space used to be included in my rent and now I have to pay $60 extra. Rent goes up about 7% every year and Water/sewer/garbage plus common electric and service fee are about $245 on top of rent and parking.
