Quaker is a top notch company who takes pride in the quality of their home building, and gives excellent customer service. We selected them to build a house on our residential lot, as their model plans are open and spacious and we were impressed with their quick response to all our questions. Their standard features were outstanding, and they also offered excellent options such as custom trim work, which add value and enhance satisfaction with our home. Owner Leon McGlothlin and his staff worked with us to customize their model The Preston to become our dream home. All their staff but especially Jeanenne Merkli and VP Construction Dan Casey kept us advised, our home project on schedule through option selections, coordination of all stages of building, and final delivery. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. Quaker makes sure their clients are completely satisfied with their homes, as we are! I highly recommend Quaker Custom Homes if you are looking to build or buy a new home. They provide quality work and also provided great recommendations for other contractors we needed, such as lot grading, asphalt and landscaping. They'll make sure you are happy and satisfied with your new home and build you a quality product which they stand behind with their stellar reputation and customer service.
