1 year agoIf I could give them more than five stars I would. The most positive, professional, responsive company I have dealt with in a very long time. Tim immediately got a tech out to my house and he, George, was friendly, professional, thorough, competent, and efficient. They simultaneously coordinated an inspector so we woldn't be without heat over the weekend (and perhaps through a week long holiday). To top it all off, Tim called later to see if everything was OK. Absolutely amazing experience - HIGHLY recommend Metro and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else after this fantastic experience. -

Turns out all I needed was the thermostat reset, somehow it reset. The office staff and technician were amazing! So helpful and great attitudes plus they save me money over $6000! -

2 years agoCalled them about a gas leak in my crawl space. They came in did not give an estimate worked on the issue without consent, broke my water lines, and said it wasn't their fault. They were there all day and didn't fix the leak. Called another company and it was all done in a hour -
