Communication and transparency was also on point and very much appreciated. 1 year agoHad a long dryer vent that was so clogged it was a fire hazard. I initially tried to clear it out myself and ended getting a vent brush lost in the vent somewhere. I called Inlet Services and Tony called me back within 20 minutes. Tony and his tech Matt took great care of us! They got the vent cleaned out and helped retrieve the stuck brush. EXCELLENT and very friendly customer service! I would not hesitate call them in the future!
