1 month agoSome termite damage was missed during the initial inspection, but Diamond fully owned up to the mistake and thoroughly handled repairs for me. Their repair team was communicative and professional, and the company owner Connor was fair and reassuring. During repairs, there was a place where the new drywall was slightly lipping behind the vanity in my bathroom due to a pipe in the wall. Kyre from the repair team pointed it out to me and explained that he would be able to make it plumb by building it up with mud. Even though this would be visually covered by the vanity, I really appreciated that he pointed it out to me and didn't try to hide it. Highly recommend this company based on their professionalism and integrity. They did the right thing and gave me peace of mind through this whole situation. -

2 months agoVery unprofessional walked in my house spent 3 min inside then went outside I thought he would come back in to let me know what he had done outside he just left after about 2 min. Did not seem him walk.around the perimeter of my house to check for wasp or spray the outside. I had 2 small kids in the house so could not go out to see what he was doing in that short amount of time I am sure it was nothing. The worst technician they have ever sent. 5 min cost $130 complete rip off. Thanks Diamond exterminator for the crappie service at an exorbitant price. -
