8 months agoKaci is the owner, she made several promises that she broke. She was to clean 1 bathroom and shampoo the carpet in 1 bedroom. She did a terrible job in the bathroom, shower still had soap scum on it. DON'T GIVE HER A DEPOSIT!! She charged me $28for deposit and then $121.00. Refused to give me a refund, she said because of my bad reviews. DONT LET THIS WOMAN IN YOUR HOUSE! -

1 year agoDO NOT HIRE! I requested my kitchen, two bathrooms, and living room to be cleaned before my child's bday party. I came home to find NOTHING in those 4 rooms cleaned. Instead the windows in my children's bedrooms were opened? and a couple of toys picked up and put into a dirty clothes backet? At NO point did I ask them to even enter those bedrooms! I keep my house fairly clean, but there were VISIBLE crumbs on the counter, soap scum left in the corners of the tubs, and not a single floor was vacuumed!! They originally charged me $150 for this. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, Kaci offered me $25 off..WHAT A JOKE. I told her I was already forced to clean everything myself (Because they didn't even have another cleaner available to come back to fix their original mistakes before the party) They offered a refund to be issued in 5-7 business days. I agreed and requested an email confirmation. Kaci told me I would receive one. I never received an email, and Kaci has since stopped responding to my texts requesting one! Now over 10 days later, clearly, THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT A REFUND THROUGH!!! Gladly enough, I contacted my bank about a stop payment before their lies. DO NOT HIRE these money scamming LIARS!!! -

3 years agoI booked this company for a small cleaning job for a couple units I own and I was pleased to see how well the place was cleaned, especially after my previous tenants. I know I didn't want to clean up in there so Active Cleaning was a saving grace! I was a bit leery after seeing the other review. However I'm glad I have them chance and trusted my gut. I asked for the window sills to be cleaned, baseboards, bathrooms and floors (vacuumed and mopped) and the ladies threw appliance cleaning as a new year kick off special! I will be recommending to others and using again throughout the year! Thanks Kaci and crew Xx -
