She provided a quote within a matter of minutes and quickly answered our questions. We had several other estimates, and RES came in as the most cost effective for the project. 2 months agoThe new water heater was professionally done and your 2-man crew were able to exchange the old water heater with the new one on the 4th floor. However, we didn't realize until after they left that access to the HVAC filters are now obstructed by the placement of the new water heater. I attached four photos to show this. UPDATE: Your team, William and Mario, returned and made placement corrections to the water heater. They were fantastic in thoughtfully rearranging where the water heater is now, and the pipe connections. The filters to the HVAC can now be withdrawn for maintenance checks. In fact, where the water heater is now is in a better position than when this townhouse was first built! Thank you so much, William and Mario! We apologize for any misunderstanding with the first visit. We were more worried about our water heater breaking than the HVAC system. Again, thank you RES for having highly qualified and thoughtful people on your company. I cannot think of anyone better to service our water, heating, and cooling systems.
