9 months agoDave really saved the day. He came out early one morning with less than an hour notice because my AC was completely out and my house was 91 degrees at 7:00 in the morning. He fixed the problem and even came back the next day to perform maintenance to ensure that my system was working as smoothly as possible. The pricing is transparent and fair, the service is quick and he's extremely knowledgeable without being condescending. As long as Custom Comfort is in business, they'll have my business. -

Dave responded, though he wasn't able to come that day, he sat on the phone with me to troubleshoot the issue, and we agreed upon a time for the next day (Saturday). He was punctual, informative, polite, knowledgeable- all of the things! We scheduled additional work for another day and he was on time. He is friendly, respects your home, walks you through his processes. Gives you tips on how to maintain your HVAC. I could say a million things positive about his business, but the individual behind the business is a good man! If you need HVAC service/maintenance/repair - Dave is your guy!
