4 months agoI would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible company and even worse workers. Called them to let them know i had a leak and I was home so they could stop by, worker answers the phone and tell me to call later at 5:15pm knowing they would be closed and then proceeded to tell me not to tell the people at the office that he said that. I called back and owner was even more disrespectful asking if I would be able to afford the job if they came out(without even seeing what they're working on yet). Owner also said they would come out Saturday morning at 8:30am to take a look at the job and never showed up or even called. I'm an investor in the area and I will be making sure to let every other investor know to stay away from this business, Unprofessional and rude. I don't know how they still get any business. -

8 months agoBeginning with my initial call for service, to Becky, to the completed job, I was impressed with S J Conner & Son's service. It was a pleasure talking with Becky. She was friendly, professional and reassuring that my problem would be taken care of promply. Then the two disciples (as I called them) Mark and Luke were so pleasant and helpful. They confirmed that my problem could be fixed and that it was not a major issue. They were professional and just a joy to do business with. 9 months agoI want to give a shout out to Mark Chehade and his sidekick Luke, employees of S. J. Conner and Sons located at 1639 Seibel Drive in Northeast Roanoke, VA for their quick response to my call for help this morning on the hottest day of summer this year. My HVAC was constantly running during the night and I suspected a compressor and big money in replacing the whole unit. I called shortly before 8AM and expected to be put on a long list of service calls. To my surprise they told me they would be out within the hour. Sure enough, two well-mannered gentlemen came and diagnosed my problem as a bad start capacitor which they promptly replaced and everything's working great. I had used S. J. Conner & Sons a year ago for a bad HVAC unit at a business that I owned and found them to be quick and great workers with a fair price. I would gladly use this company again and I highly recommend them. -

12 months agoOne of their trucks tried running me off 220 north at 5:50am this morning, on the dark, & rainy highway. They kept speeding up and slowing down to get behind me, driving very recklessly. If it were to continue I was about to call the police, but they got off on the Hershberger exit.They're going to hurt someone playing around like that, which is stupid because YOU'RE IN YOUR COMPANY VEHICLE YOU IMBECILE! Hopefully this company has GPS on its work trucks. 1 star due to my only interaction with this company being horrible and dangerous.
