11 years agoOn July 7th he returned with a filter housing grid to put in!! Turned out to be the wrong size. We called him a few times in Aug no response! Emailed him on the 11 of Aug. and he responded on the 12th of Aug. He said that his voice messaging system was not working and would set up a time when he was able to come by! So I emailed him back and let him know I did not know what was going on so I had ordered a filter grid from NB Handy and that I would email him when it came in! I picked up the grid on 9/03/14. We let him know that it had come in! Did not hear from him! On Oct. 15, 2014 we called again! we never got a return call! So I put the grid in myself I felt he was not going to do it! By now the temperature was dropping and the heat pump was suppose to go in emergency heat on it's own but it did not do that! SO I called Mr Brown again on Nov. 14, 2014 and he returned my call on the 15th. He said he would come after 4 pm around the first of the week! he never showed up! We left a message on Dec. 5th 2014 never got a reply! I have tried to give Mr Brown the benefit of the doubt! We called and email again on the 29th of Dec. and again on the 30th. And left him a message on his voice mail Jan. 6, 2015. I don't feel I need to give him any more time. It's time to let people know! -

13 years ago$247 It went great! I e-mailed Comfort Coach on 4/9 and were able to come out on 4/11. This the first contractor I've had that's come out on time and hasn't cancelled. On top of that, his quote was accurate and I paid a significant amount less than other estimates I had received. I work a 9-5 job, and Comfort Coach was very willing to work with the hours I'm available. The work was done quickly and they even took the time to clean up after themselves. I'm very impressed and will be coming back to them in the future. Great price, great work and they're very professional.
