2 months agoBowers is top notch! I started having issues with my HVAC system overnight and called them at 6a and my call was answered within 3 rings! Received a call back within an hour and was given a time the technician would arrive. Technician arrived early and was very professional and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. And as if that's not enough, he was very gentle, kind and patient with with my dogs who love to jump. This is my second time using Bowers and I'm now a lifetime customer and even signed up for the yearly maintenance plan they offer! -
