4 weeks agoI had a frustrating experience with Superior and would not use them again. After getting three quotes, I chose Superior over a cheaper competitor because of their metal post master option. Unfortunately, once my deposit was paid, communication became difficult and inconsistent. I was eventually promised a firm completion date, which I shared with my own customers, but Superior failed to meet it and never notified me of the delay or apologized, leaving me looking unreliable. When the job was finally marked "complete," a section had been missed, and it again took multiple attempts to get them to return. In the end, they did not provide labor for nearly one-fifth of the project. Even so, their final adjustment was only a 2.5% reduction in the total price - despite having supplied materials but not the labor for a much larger portion of the work. For a mid-range bid, the level of service, communication, and fairness in billing fell far short of expectations. -
