He was not just trying to make a sale he made sure that he was meeting my specific needs for a new HVAC installation. He also helped find the financing and payment plan that was best for me. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It is so nice to get great customer service and to feel like you have made the right decision when you sign a contract. 1 month agoWoodfin is truly your neighborhood friend while also providing exceptional professional service. Not only were they professional and polite, but they also worked around multiple toddlers. They were mindful of my toddler sleeping in the next room while having duct cleaning done and still all kids managed to have a solid nap, Which is an accomplishment in itself. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone! -

1 month agoI had woodfin out for JUST a quote as I'm getting quotes from multiple companies. The tech "fixed" my heat without asking me and I was charged $500. He told me "if i didn't wanna pay he'd just go take it all apart" completely unprofessional. I was absolutely shocked. -
