1 month agoSince I have multiple dual natural gas/heat pump zones, I signed up for twice a year maintenance checks (spring and fall) which keeps things running at high efficiency and prevents system failures during peak demand. They do full installs as well as routine fixes and tune ups, check for warranties to save customers money, and give good advice. They recently repaired a crawl space leaky flex duct which is an underrated cause of energy loss inefficiency. On another call, my furnace/air handler lost power with a blank thermostat. The tech figured out it was a faulty furnace door cutoff switch which was inexpensive to repair. -

Both times Chip gave us options and good advice to help us make the right choices for our home and budget. They were timely with proposals and finished the work when they said they would. They had my new water heater installed within 12 hours of me first speaking to Chip that morning. Their tech John was courteous and cleaned up after himself. I will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks. -
