4 years agoDon and Jeff came to our house with the carpet which we ordered and which was veeeery expensive :-). Since it was just for a single room, the price was not something which would break our necks. Poor boys came with masks on even though I asked them to remove them. They were visibly struggling with them. Carpet was heavy and on top of that they were trying to minimize damage which could be done by moving that carpet. Once put in place, Don explained in details what's going to happen with marble threshold which was supposed to be installed in our master bathroom. His thinking about the details is really admirable. He can talk about details all day long :-). Regardless, threshold was installed, covered uneven cuts on existing tiles. Once installed, Don left and Jeff stayed to finish the installation of the carpet. We had good discussion about the history of carpets and how to properly install them etc. Beer offered, beer accepted and carpet was put in place the way it should be. I liked the final result and I could finally go to the bed without that feeling that something really nasty is under my bed. (we moved to the house just recently and carpet which was there was probably the original carpet which came with the house 20+ years ago). Thank you Don and Jeff for making our bedroom look cozy and nice again. -

We had a schedule issue which was entirely our fault, and they worked with us anyways to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend for thier attention to detail, excellent customer service, professional installation.
