2 years agoHired this company to replace a water heater. As we've been without hot water for a week. Due to their availability, we had to wait roughly 7 more days between the initial consult and replacement. The contractor came to our home and cancelled the day of! which is now leaving us to find a new plumber and likely leaving us without hot water for another extended period of time. The worst part is that the contractor cancelled without warning and abruptly left my home. Completely unprofessional in their handling and would highly recommend people pick another company who actual respects their customers. I am escalating and hope that Rheem drops them as a preferred contract. -

10 years agoI called the company at 4:30 pm explaining that I had no hot water. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and quickly determined that the issue was probably a heating element. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to make an appointment for 8:15am the following day. The technician showed up on time. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all that was being done so that there would be no surprises. It took about 45 minutes to fix the problem. He was even able to increase the overall water issue when I noted how disappointed I was with the existing pressure. Kudos to K E Green Mechanical. They will certainly be on the top of my contact list for future plumbing issues. -
