11 months agoThey know their business! Ive had two commercial mixers repaired at Caddell. In both cases, another service company said the motors were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They quoted over $7000 total for both. Caddell fixed them for a small fraction of that price and they work great. Honest, professional and decent people. Edit: Had the occasion to use them again for a repair and once again, they were fantastic. A critical piece of equipment went down and they came out right away and fixed it within an hour. I have a warranty on this equipment but that process would have taken at least two weeks to get authorization and then get someone out to fix it. Caddell is one of the few really great local companies left in this town. I can't recommend them highly enough.
