16 years ago. I have used Sutherland Heating & A/C twice now. The first time, my heat would not turn on. The second time, the air handler for my central air was leaking. Jesse, the owner, came right out both times and provided an excellent service. Jesse is honest, smart, reasonably priced and reliable. I dealt with many contractors during the recent full renovation of my home's interior. Jesse Sutherland is at the top of the list for professionalism and knowledge. I plan on having Jesse clean my furnace and re-work my boiler's pipe work. Bottom line: If you need any heating or A/C work call Jesse . . he is a nice guy who does it right the first time!
