2 years agoMy elderly neighbor used them to remove a few trees. They left a mess when they ground the stump. When they backed their truck up to the fence they left a massive hole in the yard. Directly over her water line. Rilefuse to answer phone calls from 3 different people. Not only is this an eye sore, it's dangerous for my 80 year old neighbor, but also then80 year old man that cuts her grass. When I originally approached the guy that was here to grind the stump, he swore they didn't damage the yard. However you can see tire tracks from a dual axel truck. -

4 years agoCaused $12,000 worth of damage to my roof after running the boom of their crane into it. Didn't say a word about it, just said they were done, left, and cashed the check. Our neighbors witnessed them do it and figured they told us. Nope. We called and called and they refused to answer. We are now having our insurance company fight it out with them. Their work was decent, but their business model is poor. Save yourself a headache and find someone else. -

4 years agoMade an agreement on a tree job on Jan 17th. Mike Brown and his dad were supposed to come cut this tree down, no called and no showed me. After the first excuse we rescheduled for this past Wednesday, at the latest Thursday, ANOTHER no call, no show. Both of which times have made me reschedule my roofing company causing them to miss a weekend of work. No response on text, finally a response back on Facebook. And now, the tree will need a crane due to ivy and cost $3,200 more than originally quoted to have removed.. but they have been to the house twice to see the tree? BAD BUSINESS! Stay away. I should've read their reviews first. Seems I'm not the only one.
