1 year agoI have mixed feelings about Reliance Home Comfort/Valentine Construction & Investing. I originally used them to replace the inducer motor in my heating unit in January. They were very professional and easy to work with. The motor had to be ordered so we had to wait a few days. The work was completed and we paid a reasonable fee. In April, when the weather got warm, we realized the AC was not working. Infact, nothing was working, heat or AC. I called the company (3/31) and left a message. I called again, 4/1, the receptionist, April, said she had my message and would refer to Derrick. I called again on 4/2, April advised, my message had been relayed. She would pursue it again. After three tries, I called another company. That company came within a couple of days. It was not the original problem, but the thermostat that needed to be replaced. The work was completed. It is 4/17 and I still have not heard from Reliance Home Comfort/Valentine Construction & Investing. It is one thing to complete a job initially, but when it is anticipated that the customer may have a repeat issue and the company does not respond, that's an entirely different issue. One that does not promote confidence. Not at all even good customer care. -

1 year agoIf I could give zero I would. They installed a evaporator coil through warranty company. The unit would not drain outside the water was drying down to my emergency drain pan. They returned and said it was my ductwork causing it to sweat. Complete lie another company found they had broke the drain pain that was on the new coil which is why the water was leaking everywhere in my unit -

1 year agoBefore we even recieve any service, already the most disappointed experience. I know they don't care about customers through contracted home warranty company, but this time was the worst, like I said, even before we recieve any work. We put the ac repair claim and they assigned this company to come in. They were "all booked" next 7days. But they did take our $100 service fee already. 10days later, They finally said they will be coming between 1-5pm... Waited... No show with a silence. And of course because of their business hours, even the warranty company have to wait til weekend passes, so extra 2 more days to wait until, who knows the next available date for them to come take care of this cheap paying customer, right? They are officially the most unprofessional and rude contractor in my past 10years of experience. -

1 year agoThis company has done work at my property twice! I filed a claim with the warranty company and this company is who they sent! One was for my furnace duct and once for my ac! Both times they were patient with myself and my tenant as I do not live in the area! Both times the job was done just as it was explained! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
