12 months agoI gave this company a second chance and they disappointed me again two years later. The person who came out clearly did not know or was able to distinguish what should've been dusted and what should have been wiped down with a solution. Everything she used to wipe down left film on my floors, as well as my mirrors and my cabinets. I might add she only wiped half the cabinets because she did not get on the ladder to get the top part of them. She also did not clean all the mirrors in my bedroom that were attached to the bedroom furniture, but there was a Movado watch to come up missing. The bathroom sink basin, she cleaned the glass from left to right however, she did not clean the back part of the glass nor did she move any of the items that were there that clearly you should've been moving out the way to wipe down. Should I have put everything in the cabinets for her to see what she should've cleaned? I brought that to the company's attention, They said good luck with that. She's a veteran she's blah blah blah blah blah. Why would she lose her pension; that does make her Ineligible for Thievery. -

3 years agoOur firm hired this company to clean an empty townhome. We were charged an "extra" fee because they determined there was extra work needed to clean the property. I just had the real estate agent email me and tell me that it doesn't look like they did anything. I would not recommend this company. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. -

3 years agoHave to babysit the workers constantly to make sure they deep clean or just dust whatever they're supposed to do. Please do not interact with the individuals or else they will forget the duties that they are hired for. And also too many family emergencies, and being late is what the company is based on.
