20 years agoThey replaced a furnace. We had some troubles with the furnace. Vassar's was very responsive and had lots of trouble diagnosing the problem. After they narrowed it down to faulty equipment, they went back to the manufacturer and installed a new furnace. -

20 years agoWe hired the company to remove our old furnace, take it away and install the new system we purchased from them. I do not know the brand model, it did come with I believe a ten year warranty on it and one year warranty on labor. The home is heated just fine, we have no complaints and the installation went smoothly.
