1 year agoThe National Pest Management Association really needs to spend some time reviewing the companies that they partner with because those companies are ripping off their members. Azuga is one of those companies that I am speaking of. Many years ago we went with this company for our vehicle tracking because we had received many emails through NPMA where they appeared to be endorsing this company and likewise expected them to be promoting good quality companies to its members. After numerous failures and trying to cancel this service for over a year and a half and very rarely ever speaking to someone from the USA they are now demanding nearly $7,000 from me because of the terrible service I have received. NPMA has always been presented to us as a very upstanding organization and if they said that a specific service or company was someone good to choose then I felt more confident in my decision. But after this experience I can tell that they are looking at the numbers only, the more money they can receive the more they will promote a company, whether they will rip off their members or not. To NPMA: you really need to do a better job screening your allied members and who you promote to your membership. -
