10 months agoI had my crawlspace done last fall and could not have been more impressed with the meticulous work and professionalism of the whole team. Not only was the job done to a top notch standard, you feel when it's done that you have personal friends in the industry. I work night shifts and the technicians were so quiet I could sleep with them working directly below my bedroom window. No corners were cut and even when they finished earlier than expected... they could have just left early, but stayed and removed a small dead tree from my yard. While the cost was completely reasonable, I wouldn't even consider other companies. Having a local company that stands behind their work and care about their customers and neighbors...you cannot put a price on that piece of mind. Thank you all! -

For a very reasonable price compared to many other quotes from companies big and small, they removed our old moldy insulation and installed an immaculate fully incapsulated design. They took the time to address little details and, with the job complete, we have noticed a sharp drop in the home's humidity levels from before. Finding trustworthy and fairly priced companies has been one of the hardest parts of early home ownership, and I am glad to count Eli and CVECS as one of the companies we trust the most. -

11 months agoDuring the passage of Hurricane Helene we ended up with 2 ft of water in our crawlspace. We discovered that the previous owner of our house had the crawlspace conditioned but in a faulty manner. Our fiberglass insulation was infested with crickets and vermin, and mold had started to take hold. We learned about the excellent work of CVE&CS through word of mouth from several of our neighbors. The project team, led by Eli Watson, gave us professional advice on how to remedy the situation. We decided to go with CVE&CS to completely renovate our crawlspace, including installation of a sump pump and dehumidifier, and to repair our non-functional gutter drainage system. Eli's team proved to be hard working, punctual, informative, and respectful. Multiple tons of rock had to be removed so that the crawlspace could be properly graded. The wooden piers that support our house had to be individually raised so the the new liner could be installed to prevent any wood-to-ground contact. Our new crawlspace is an amazing improvement down to the last detail. Our experience with CVE&CS renewed our faith in contractors. They definitely earned a five-star rating! -
