1 month agoRoy and his assistant came in and re-stretched 3 rooms of carpeting that the original installers(Empire) would not do. Empire required a professional cleaning and Roy said that was not necessary. Roy was honest and very professional and did an amazing job in less than two hours. I highly recommend this company for big and small jobs. Thank you Roy!!!! -

8 months agoRoy Hodges and S and H Flooring installed multiple floors in my home and the experience was nothing less than a FANTASTIC JOB! They did a timely, professional installation with a beautiful quality material. They had to do a lot of removal of old flooring, and that did not slow them down at all! I'm going to have them back to do several more floors to completely finish my home and I wouldn't have anyone else but Roy and his crew come to do the work now. If you want someone local, professional, who will do a stellar job, please get a quote from them. If you hire them, you certainly will be glad you did! ------ RKS -

8 months agoI had an appointment with them and nobody ever showed up. Nobody called. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail, I left a message and never got a call back. I'd be willing to change the review and still use them if this situation was somehow remedied.
