John and his entire team were incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. The crew that came in to demo and install were punctual, friendly, and did high quality work. CHP, ripped up and installed hardwood in our entire downstairs, and it turned out incredible. Joe, who did the sanding and finish work, perfected our floors. -

3 years agoCHP Flooring did beautiful work in my new home. Most importantly, they started exactly when they promised and finished with one week to spare before my move-in date! My job had: new sand-in-place red oak in a natural, matte poly finish; refinishing several rooms of older oak floors to match the finish; several repairs, and extra work to level floors carefully before installation. Craig Sizemore with CHP coached me through numerous decisions before the final contract. The house was cleaned up daily, enough so that I could work on other projects in the house after the crew departed. I am very happy with my lovely new floors by CHP! -

3 years agoAmazing company! We happened to come across them from a Google search and I'm so glad we went with CHP. We had a room that we wanted finished out with wood and old oak floors that needed new life through the rest of the house. John was there every step of the way with ideas, recommendations and what to expect. These are the guys to work with. From the install to the sanding & finishing....every person was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Anytime I called the office, they were quick to pick up and no hesitation to help. Love this company. There wasn't one thing that bothered me during the process! Good companies like this are hard to find.
