9 months agoPoor experience, ridiculous price, rude technician, non-existent customer service. Called on Thu 7/10/25 to inquire about a capacitor replacement on our A/C outdoor condensing unit. I then texted a picture of the capacitor to Tabitha. Mike arrived a few hours later and replaced the <$20 capacitor in a few minutes. He charged my wife $414. When questioned about the exorbitant cost, he rudely offered to remove the part. I texted Tabitha to ask if this $414 change made sense. She said Kyle from the office would call me. After not receiving a call, I called the office just before 5 PM and Kyle said he would look at the paperwork and call me back. I did not receive a call for the next three days, so I called again on Mon 7/14/25. I asked again if $414 for a simple $20 part that I sent a picture of ahead of the visit made sense, and why nobody returned my call. Kyle said they only made $100 on this call and he forgot to call me back. I wonder if the owner knows that customers are being treated like this. -

Marvin came out, looked over the situation, and then went above and beyond to not just find but install a brand new water heater for us. Replaced some of the lines, the insulation, straightened up the whole space, and then cleaned everything when he was done. He was a joy to work with. Outstanding work. -
