1 month agoI chose millers to replace my 5 ton Geothermal unit in my house. I placed this order on 1/20/2026 and as of today (3/2)my unit is not up and running. It's been a cold 45 days in my house and the team has shorted out 3 transfer panels attempting and install and just realized the panel and unit don't properly communicate. The communication has been poor from the office about replacement parts and when our next appointment will be. My wife and I are beyond frustrated. I have called in 3x over the past week requesting to speak with a supervisor and nobody has called me back. For a job that costs the price of a car, I would expect overall better service and my HVAC to actually work. I am so frustrated that I am entertaining having another vendor finish the install even if it voids the warranty in some way. -

1 month agoFantastic service today with Brian & Ares. They replaced a 30-year gas boiler within a day, they worked 9+ hours and did a fantastic job. It's amazing to have all the radiators working!!! -
