  We used Keystone for the first time when we woke up and found out our furnace would not come on. This was on Sat morning and we looked at local companies who would do 24/7 service. We left a message and very quickly Jeremy called us and was over within 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly and for a reasonable price. Our problem turned out that we needed to replace the Ignition Control, which he did. We definitely would recommend this company and we will use them again.

  I will expect to use them. I get a service package from them and they will be checking my air conditioning this spring. It's a packed deal. It's nice because if you do that, they come out and you don't have to wait. For one year with tax is $208, the price is $198, so the rest is tax. They are good at making appointments and keeping them. They will call you ahead of time when you are the next customer, so that you are expecting them. I have always been able to reach somebody there. Last my air conditioning didn't work and I thought it was relatively new, but it was over 10 years old and it needed a new motor. The man that came to do it worked late to get it done. I appreciated it.

  $400 Furnace tune-up was done professionally, weather to cold for heat pump tune up. Tech did not have proper diagrams and had my wife and I chasing around for furnace books. Billed $400 filed complaint with better business- Keystone refunded $200. Cost me time & money, Keystone owner overbilled job, will never use again!

  I have used Keystone's maintenance for many years to keep the old systems running clean and efficiently. They have always done a terrific job for us. After my initial call to Keystone, Dave promptly came out and walked me through my options and pricing for furnace, a/c, air filtration, humidity control and a smart thermostat. I also asked them if they would install a new water heater. Although they are not in the water heater install business Dave quickly arranged for a trusted local plumbing contractor to put one in on the same day that the new HVAC system was installed. Less than a week after I gave Dave the go ahead Frank, Steve and Tom, Keystone's professional installation team, showed up on time and went right to work putting down tarps to keep my home clean, removed the old system and began installing the new. They even moved the new thermostat location to a much better one for more efficient operation. Once installed they cleaned up the work site and then walked me through the operation and maintenance of the systems. They explained how the new smart thermostat works and then helped the plumber load the old water heater out and the new one in. What a team!! Louis from Affordable Plumbing did the water heater install and he was just as impressive as Dave's crew. The whole job started at 7:30am and everyone was finished and out by 3:00pm. I highly recommend Keystone Heating and AC for all of your HVAC needs. GREAT JOB DAVE AND CREW.
